By downloading, installing, or using the VOMO mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
The VOMO App is owned and operated by EverGrow Tech Inc. ("EverGrow Tech"). EverGrow Tech retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. EverGrow Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful or malicious manner.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
EverGrow Tech reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App, or any part thereof, at any time and without notice. We may also change these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
EverGrow Tech may terminate your access to the App at any time without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EverGrow Tech does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
EverGrow Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from
(a) your use or inability to use the App,
(b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein,
(c) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, with jurisdiction in the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
